What is Transitional Living?

Transitional living, a type of supportive housing program, assists individuals transitioning from challenging situations like homelessness, addiction, and mental health issues. These programs offer safe housing for a set period (usually 6-24 months) along with services like counseling, job training, and healthcare access. Additionally, some of our facilities offer transportation services for clients to attend rehab appointments and other local activities in the nearby area.
